One click to apply paragraph styles in specific order (like next style, but better).

You can set the paragraph style to be applied in your scope (selection, page, spread, document). And, for each paragraph style you can set the number of paragraphs that should receive the style.

There is also an option to use GREP to search and then apply from the found text/paragraph forward.
